Need to return an item?


Whilst Purely Electrique is committed to offering an outstanding service, we understand there may be occasions when you will need to return items to us.

 - Goods being returned (unless due to being faulty) will be subject to a 30% handling & restocking charge plus delivery cost. However, if the package has been opened, soiled or in an unsellable condition, no refund or credit can be given. The above offer is only valid for 14 days from delivery. No refund is made for any returns after this period.

- If any of your purchases develop a fault, and it's more than 30 days since receipt, then provided your item is within its warranty period, you are entitled to a warranty replacement. 

- Any alleged fault, damage, shortage or visual defect must be reported to the company within 3 working days and shall not constitute valid grounds for customer to delay payment in respect of the goods delivered. Reports of alleged fault, damage, shortage or visual defect after 3 working days will be managed at our own discretion.

- Refunds to card can take 3-5 working days to be processed and show up on your end. If you have not received your refund within the timeframe detailed, please contact us with your order and refund details.
